How to measure
Pick a well-fitting shirt from your wardrobe and lay it flat. Then use a tape measure against each of the above dimensions like so…
Chest – Measure across the chest, around 2.5 cm below the armpit.
Length – Measure vertically from the highest point of shoulder (next to the collar) down to the hem.
Sleeve – Measure from the shoulder seam to the edge of the sleeve.
Shoulder – Measure seam to seam in a straight horizontal line.
