Shipping

Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of British bank holidays. Orders are not shipped at weekends.

We will e-mail your shipping notifications and tracking as soon as your order has been shipped. We endeavour to process orders within 1 working day, provided the stock is available, but there may be slight delays during peak periods.

UK Shipping

All orders to UK addresses over £120 receive free shipping. Orders under £120 are charged a flat fee of £5. We expect orders to arrive in 1–3 working days.

If you're in a hurry, we have a Monday–Friday next day option available for £10.

USA Shipping

Orders to US addresses ship domestically from our US fulfilment center via a USPS Priority service. There are no duties or import taxes on US orders. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

Intro offer: Free US shipping for the first month of our domestic launch.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping using FedEx. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, so you won’t face any additional fees upon delivery.

Europe

  • Europe 1: £12.50 (or equivalent in your local currency)
    Countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

  • Europe 2: £15 (or equivalent in your local currency)
    Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway, Switzerland

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–4 business days

North America (excluding USA)

  • Shipping Rate: £20 (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • Estimated Delivery: around 4 business days

Rest of the World

  • Shipping Rate: £25 (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • Estimated Delivery: around 5 business days
