Bangdel Check Two-Pocket Shirt

Named after pioneering Nepali modernist Lain Singh Bangdel, the Bangdel Check takes a loose cue from the geometric lines and layered blocks of colour found in his abstract work. This off-white version is woven in a lightweight 160gsm cotton and viscose dobby, with 20% viscose giving the cloth a smooth, fluid, almost silky handle. Fine yellow and grey lines sit slightly raised from the surface, gathering into denser bands and intersections across the check. Cut in our boxy Two-Pocket shape, with pattern-matched chest pockets and front placket, tonal corozo buttons and a straight hem with side splits.
