Lay a well-fitting shirt flat and measure the following:

  • Chest – Across the front, approximately 2.5cm below the armpit
  • Length – From the point where the collar meets the body, straight down to the hem
  • Sleeve – From the shoulder seam to the cuff edge
  • Shoulder – Straight across from seam to seam at the top of the shoulders
